Sore back and ribs feel tight

For a few weeks now my back has been painful and it all feels really tight as though my bra strap is tight but it's not, I'm worrying I have something sinister going on, when I stretch it's all really painful

I've been there before, not too long ago. I don't know what I did to cause my muscles to be so sore / tight. They felt that way for several weeks. I also don't know how I corrected it, but I did somehow. You'll be just fine IMO.
