Lump inside vaginal canal

Had a TV ultrasound today and the nurse said all is ok, I told her about the lump and she did a manual examination, she said it’s the tip of my cervix with a minor prolapse. I don’t understand how the tip of my cervix can present as a wall in my vaginal canal.

am I missing something??

The vaginal canal can shorten and lengthen with movement so what the nurse said is likely to be correct.
