I had a sickness bug two weeks ago and since then I've had intermittent nausea. I'm not pregnant again as haven't had sex in a long time. I'm worried it's signs of cancers or aneurysms. It's if I've eaten, if I haven't. Should I worry?

You've stated that you had a "sickness bug" which caused nausea so I really don't know how you have linked this to "cancer" and "aneurysms"? You obviously aren't over this "bug" yet
