    Yes I do think that might help. Took mine at 5pm the other day as I forgot and definately had a harder time getting to sleep. I seem to have stopped waking at 2.30 but now wake up around 5 feeling really anxious. Do manage to get back to sleep though after a while

    Well I m seeing GP on 9th of December I wasn’t told to increase it after few days or anything, doctor wouldn’t even see me just done prescription based on me saying that I was on Citalopram in the past.
    Last night I didn’t take my dose , hardly slept again and took it this morning instead, so see how tonight is

    Sigh! 90% of the issues that bring folk to support groups like No More Panic would be avoided if doctors didn't treat their patients like mushrooms.

    I suggest you contact the GP and ask about increasing the dose rather than marking time on what may be a sub therapeutic dose for another fortnight.
