I love this girl too much that i am getting panic attacks. But once when i got attack i thought about what was the reason for that, coz i had no thought about that girl in my mind. Even now i am getting attack. My heart hurts so much by what she is doing to me. My heart hurts 24 hours, day and night. SO i want to ask you how can i say this to my pschyciatrist ? How should i explain to him about my heart hurting ? I will have to explain him. how can i explain him what happens to me when my heart hurts ? I dont want my heart hurt that bad all day and night and get attacks, so i need medicines that will reduce my heart getting hurt that much. how and what should i tell him ?
