Blood on bed sheets, really anxious

Sorry this is going to be way too much TMI but I'm freaking out...

My boyfriend ventured down south last night 😑 I've just made my bed and there's some spots of blood on the sheet. There's none when I wipe after the loo that I've noticed but there's deffo blood on my sheet! It's a clean sheet too so certainly not period stains from last cycle. There was no penetration involved and was all very gentle but I am panicking. 😭😭😭

Was he using his hand if so his nail could have scratched you, also if it were his mouth he could have nipped a bit?

It could also be from his mouth. Maybe he had a cut or something.
