So I’ve realised these last few weeks how bay my health and heart anxiety is getting again so today I’ve made the steps to refer myself for cbt I’m going to try my hardest to not google again and try my best to not pulse check as that seems to be my 2 biggest triggers so wish me luck 😂

I know that "wish me luck" is a figure of speech but I'll be wishing you continued motivation to tame the dragon, a healing path, and as always....

Thank you everyone I only just saw the messages of support I’ve started back on the antidepressants and am still not googling still anxious though cbt starts soon though so hopefully this helps a lot and also hoping to overcome the pulse checking cause that seems to be the hardest part xx
