Me, again!!! New symptom

I've put a post below, havent had much response but my symptoms have somewhat changed..

As now I have a sharp pain in my lower stomach AFTER a bowel movement, not during or before just after. It goes after a while.. the bleeding during a bowel movement had stopped so, that has helped my anxiety somewhat but I just can't stop worrying.

Are you straining to go? If so you could be straining an abdominal muscle.

I don't feel like I am, I might be cause it hurts when I do go, so i try to hold it in 😭 it goes pretty quick the pain
