Just banged the top left side of my head on the bottom of the TV, it was a huge hit but was a bit sore when it happened, it went quickly but am worried about going to sleep or if I have caused a brain bleed

Cannot tell you how many times I have whacked my head.You can go to sleep and be ok.

Well, are you dizzy or vomiting? IF not, I’d say go to sleep.
