Scalp tingle at night

I think it's related to posture because it's most noticed when laying in bed in one particular position. If I move position ut goes. Itals a crawling feeling from shoulder blade up to miudfke scalp. Is this muscular?

Anxiety of course worries it's tumor or aneurysm

Yeah I don’t know the cause, but I do know that it happens to me from time to time too. I just chalk it up to yet another one of those weird things my body throws out sometimes lol
