Vibrating feeling left breast area - worried

Hey

So we have just got a new simba mattress. We have had this for a week. On Friday I woke early hours with a dull ache right in the middle of the palm of my hand but assumed I had slept on it.
Then on Saturday I was in the car and I felt 2 what felt like electric bolts in my lower left back and then that afternoon I started to get what feels like a fuzzy vibration going off in my left breast area. It is not always there but mainly when sitting down. I do not feel it when in bed or when walking or at least I do not notice it. I do also have a little left side shoulder ache. It does not feel like the buzzing is in the centre or heart related but it also does not feel like it is right in my boob just that area. Could this be a trapped nerve?

I have similar sensations but all on my right side. Probably is a pinched nerve.
