Hello, I’m currently worried about the symptoms I’ve been feeling. First, I have bad shoulder and arm pain which started the day after I returned to volleyball practice. Today’s the second day I’ve had this. Secondly, I have a common cold, but I’m worried it’ll never go away, or that it could get worse and develop into something serious. I have a sore throat, a bit of a runny nose, and a cough. Lastly, I think the symptoms that are worrying me the most are I’m a bit lightheaded and feel tired. I’ve been laying in bed for most of the day because I feel like I have no energy. Also, the lightheadedness is hard to describe. I’m not dizzy or anything but my head just feels weird.
I feel like these symptoms (including the arm pain from volleyball) have happened before, but it’s hard not to worry about them whenever they come around. I just need some reassurance that I’ll be ok.
