Black bits in poop

Hi guys I have fallen off the wagon and could do with some advice.

I have been noticing some dark patches in poop recently. Not sure if it is dark brown,green or black. Tiny bits. I made the mistake of googling and now I am fearing bowel cancer.

Am I right in saying that bowel cancer is rare in someone in their 30's?

Does anyone know anything on this subject?
