Hi all, I’ve just noticed that my daughter has tiny petechiae spots under her arm pits and around her shoulders, and a patch on her back hip, and a few more scattered over her trunk. She has been totally fine and not sick at all, no temps, no rapid breathing. But I am now worried sick!! I’ve rang my sisters and they think I’m being a mental case and say she’s fine. The only thing that’s been a bit off about her is a stuffy nose and some snoring at night. I have suffered from health anxiety but I’ve been pretty good lately but my stomach dropped as soon as I noticed the spots. I did lift her awkwardly out of the bath earlier tonight (she’s getting heavy!) - could that have caused it under her arms? I’m obviously now making myself sick with worry over her having Leukemia or something! I’ve made an online appointment to see her GP in the morning but I’m just after some reassurance or advice! What would you do?
