My Current Numerous Worries

Two nights ago I heard a belch and thought it was outside as neighbours were on balcony below me. Last night I heard a sigh which may have been my child next room and then while I was definitely awake in the night I heard throat clearing. Sounds like it's below or outside but what if these are auditory hallucinations as they sound close by?

Helen, do you actually know the definition of an auditory hallucination? Because it sounds to me like you don't.

I think because it sounded close by. When I was awake the throat clearing was definitely in another roon/downstairs. I jusr heard a woman telling child off in flat above. The sigh sounded close though.

Auditioty Hallucinations are hearing things that aren't there, right? For the throat clearing I've been hearing that all day from the guy below I think the sighing was weird though. Could it have been my child?
