I'm spiralling - my ex has a black mark on his fingernail which he's brushed off as sharpie, said he uses it daily at work. He wouldn't let me get a look at it, he knows my anxieties. I have had on off boob ache last two days, I am in ovulation stage and csnt feel any obvious lumps. Also worried about the throat lump which I think some girls also have more prominent. Also, have a spot on an already raised mole and to make things more stressful. I just took a hot bath to calm down and saw a tiny pin promo scab I picked off and worry that may have been melanoma.

Having slight panic now regarding thyroid cancer still and the lump when gulp. I've read you see it when swallowing and that's what mine is. I'm looking at photos and most are noticeable without swallowing too and are off centre. Mine is central and seemingly attached to the other parts of throat. It's been there since June last year that I initially noticed and worried as it was in a photo I was eating. I've gone back and *think* it was there in 2018 when my neck was stretched and 2019 in same angle. I'm terrified. I keep going from 'it's normal anatomy' to caving and googlinf and convinced mines the same.

Should I go to the doctors? I'm half and half sure it's normal/worried its thyroid cancer lump. It's literally linear to the other two lumps in my throat down centre. What are they?

Sorry, I've noticed a new circular rash on my hip/butt. It's red and bumpy so I'm trying to use logic and say ringworm but I remember seeing it month or so ago just not as pink. I'm trying to calm self down before bed.

What do you want us to say that hasn't already been said hundreds of times over?

I know I know. I find photos that look exactly like ringworm, it's 5p size circular/oval with a red pastule on rim. Flaky. I'm also worried its basal cell, reason I think no is because its on my butt and I don't get body out in sun, let alone my butt cheek.
