You know we can't diagnose things on here and we do not like pictures either so I will remove that.

I was worried about the behind ear lumps and think I have caused another by prodding. Finger space behind ear, back of skull that sticks out I can feel a lymph node that's a bit more swollen since I've poked it. Is this a sign on lymphoma? I know typing it out sounds stupid, because obviously poking things isn't wise but my anxiety is really high today. If someone can DM me please. I know you're not here ear to cater to me but I'm struggling

It's the state of the world, sadly. I thought I was coping brilliantly, then I woke up in the middle of the night with a low-grade panic attack.

This is understandable, when I wake up and read the Guardian online I feel quite ill, can't get my head around the numbers of daily deaths in UK

Me neither; I try not to read the Guardian online but it's my usual newspaper, so it's a hard habit to break.

I don’t read the news anymore.
I follow someone on Instagram who breaks down the headlines into something a bit palatable without the scare.

Been asked to move thread here.

Any chance I just picked off a skin cancer? A tiny bit of hard skin that my ex partner said looked like a dried spot. Was there a few weeks so I just picked it off. Took a hard pck to get off and looks like hard dry skin. Any chance it was a skin cancer? It's sore and feel a bump underneath.
