I think you need to go private for long term talking therapies. In my experience, the NHS offers a limited number of sessions.

Can I just ask why you think this and what would be your suggestion? (apart from working hard at the CBT obviously)
In my opinion OCD is Helen’s problem but whatever diagnosis/meds Helen is given, it’s really not down to us to judge. Everyone responds differently to meds and her GP obviously thinks fluoxetine is a good start (and I believe it is a good option for OCD having just started on 20mg myself for that exact reason 🙂
Hi all, I'm doing OK but noticed tonight leg jerks and wondered if there are classed as seizures?
No
Memory worries: left straightners on this morning, made plans knowing child was at their dad's tonight and FORGOT i drop child off at station (tbf it's been 2 weeks holiday) and also forgot I had pram here.
That's life, and being a normal human being.
And sorry last one because its been a while, I've been waking up last week every other night with pins and needles in one limb. Usually different one, mostly my hand to elbow and goes within seconds. I think could be a nerve thing?
And I notice my thighs twitch sometimes like a zap?
I remembered and asked if he could pick our child up and he was happy to. I'm worrying about the random thigh twitcrs and if they're seizures. Like twitches clench type, flickering.
