You were told that CBT was hard work, and it needed effort and commitement for possibly years to reverse your thought processes. Unless you use the methods and skills from your counselling, and try REALLY HARD now, you are going to slide right back to as bad as you were before.
Slight head pressure bending down, across top of nose and forehead. Sinus and congestion maybe or worse?

Now I'm worrying about my pulse. I can feel it both sides and now I'm paying attention to it I can visibly see it too. Does anyone else have this?

Also look at the sticky thread I did in the coronavirus sub-forum about using this time now to work on your mental health

I have and they have been helping
I have noticed this (in circle) which I have had a while. It feels like a scab, dried spot but won't really give way if I pick it. Could it be a melanoma?
