My Current Numerous Worries

Hi all, just after some reassurance after experiencing what I believe live was sleep paralysis last night. I'm worrying about this or sleep apnea.

So last night I was having a dream my sons dad was in my flat soothing our son saying mommy wasn't here, I was partially waking up trying to shout I was there but I couldn't move or speak. I could vaguely see/sense a figure in my dream/real life in my room. I felt I was making mouth noises in the real world because I was trying to shout.

With the shit you put through your mind each day - I'd imagine your dreams will generally be anxiety ones..

I've had a sleep paralysis episode and it seemed like Satan was paying me a visit, and also lying on my chest.

The thing is, I'm not sure she actually had a break. There are lots of other anxiety forums/mental health forums out there. I'm sure she was posting on those during her moratorium on NMP.

I wasn't on any other ones, only other one I knew closed down and csnt remember it's name. I stopped checking my hand mark and it fell off, stopped checking my vag and think may have thrush again but giving it a few days.

But this dream sleep paralysis this threw me off. It was part dream part paralysis as I was waking up I was still asleep and couldn't speak. Scared it'll happen again and causes panic around bedtime.
