I've taken my wrist off as had on most of day and my arm has an ache. I'm terrified it's MS or a tumor.

Oh come onnnnnnnnnnn, this is beyond ridiculous - you have an absolute cause and effect, you KNOW what it already is, yet you are randomly creating impossible reasons !!!I'm terrified it's MS or a tumor.
Now my bunion has grown on the left side and redder wasn't red before (other side to CTS). I'm 30. Why am I having older people symptoms.
Because you're getting older. Also, possibly, because you seem to be spending the huge majority of your time self-checking; it's not healthy for you or your family.

I know that really, my friend had an op few years ago and he was 25 at time. I just feel there's a few minor ailments at once triggering me to think they're all one big thing. 3rd night no pins needles in hand wearing splint.
Fuel to ms fire just felt burning/carpet burn sensation on both thighs. Highly anxious this evening due to poorly toddler and now this...
It's been a few years since I had carpet burns (lol) but I'm well used to the ''sensation'. I've had it for the last two days actually in my thighs (inner sides) - alongside spasms - but I don't have MS.
I have fibromyalgia, and I get stuff like this all the time, but anxiety commonly causes symptoms like this too. The reason is the stress response which can cause the body's nervous system (and nerve endings) to become hyper-stimulated/heightened. This symptom is also a common reaction to certain medication, so have you taken anything new in the last few days/weeks?
When all tests have proven negative to what we fear is wrong with us - as in MS and cancer etc - we have to go back to the MOST LIKELY cause - and anxiety is the number one cause of symptoms like this.

It's definitely the cubital tunnel as slept with arms curled last night accidentally and woke with pink and ring tinglingeven though wearing wrist splint. Shook them out. I'm worried of muscle weakness and as mentioned MS.
