My Current Numerous Worries

Worrying about cervical cancer again. For the last week on and off I have had dullest ache right across top of my groin right under my tummy fold.

I understand at this point I'm rambling to myself but I want to recognise an achievement. Its a gross one but achievement all the same. Had the urge to dissect a BM after it looked a bit red on top. I was actually almost going to scoop it out but didn't. I said out loud 'fxks sake, what would I even be looking for, I'm not a doctor' and also recognise its likely food skins. I'm proud that I didn't prod my poo 😂

I'm not, I won't let myself. I stopped myself attempting looking at my own cervix with a mirror earlier. All silly things really

So I rang about my urine sample ajdn they've sent another one in post for me to provide another because it needs to be in red top? Immediately I worry red equals danger but I know I barely had a dribble worth so likely it wasn't enough to test? Really trying hard not to panic myself.

Ha ha Reb, they just did it in the wrong container and whoever processes them won't do it in the 'wrong' container !! Simple as that.

I'm recognising some improvements already, for one I had forgot about the sample until someone mentioned their own at work and I had also forgot that I worried about the lid sample until I reopened my browser. As soon as I notice I'm worrying I feel tight chest and breathing.
