I'm worried about the lymph node in my neck that I've had for years but noticed again. It's under neck on side and has been raised for years since I worried years and poked it
I use ear buds quite regularly and few days ago got lots out (gross I know). Now today, same ear felt sharp when I stuck one in and a little blood came out on the bud. Tried few times and it's where the sharp feeling is. I have health anxiety so worried its a tumour I'm poking.
And has anyone ever had a raised lymph node for years after poking? This was one of my first ever worries.
Last night I got anxious after whiffing my microwave bear.

Can I ask if every dayis a new worry on top of all the others? Or have you dismissed the older ones because they are ok now?

I am nervous about the breast lump again, some days I cent feel it, some days I can and its smaller. It feels like a bean, long thing and rolls but is hard than one in other breast. I think I have a little infection too in throat. What if its all linked and its BC and spread to my lymph nodes. I'm terrified of calling doctors. I have days I'm like it's nothing, it's fine to days I'm like omg it's something. Has anyone had anything similar.
The red rash thing was eczema as it's almost gone now
Reb, maybe just document your worries in a personal journal?

My husband finds it really hard to cope with me and can't understand it at all. Like you, I just feel the need to tell him.
Probably related to you sticking cotton buds in your ear, you have probably given yourself an ear infection which can make your throat feel sore.
