Hello All.

This is my first post on here. I have suffered from OCD for awhile now especially oral fixations like constant swallowing and always thinking about my mouth. Sorry if this sounds weird. Last night I almost had a panic attack cause I was thinking about it so much. Maybe its life changing events that trigger this. I have significant periods of time where this goes away. Any help would be much appreciated. Just scared and tired of dealing with this. My mind is so tired.
