Does gallbladder removal or helicobacter pylori trigger more IBS symptoms

I had my gallbladder removed 6 months ago. My IBS symptoms now seem worse than ever.
I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy which showed only a helicobacter pylori infection for which I was treated.
I follow a very restrictive diet but if I eat slightly wrong I have alot of pain which I presume is from trapped gas.
All in all I find the surgery has just made things worse.
Anyone else with similar experience?
What treatment have you tried that's provided some relief?

Hi I had my gallbladder out 20 years ago and it also seemed to make my IBS worse,I wanted to find out where the bile goes now and apparently it drips into your intestines and I thinkthats why my IBS is worse.I have tried all sorts of IBS remedies the only thing I take for it is Simeticone for the bloating and gas it does help somewhat,but I know how you feel and my diet is restricted but I was told when I had the 'op' that I would be able to eat anything and it's not true as I cannot tolerate fibre so I have to steer clear.
