Bowel concerns

And now I have pain underneath my right hip bone ugh

I feel like I've been burping a lot in the last few days of having bowel anxieties.....also very early this morniing I had some intense gas pains. I have been taking psyllium husk supplements and I wonder if that's causing it?
My stools are also very thin and sickly looking. Not had a great bowel movement for a while. If it was something bad like cancer thne this wouldn't just start randomly all of a sudden it would be a gradual process no?
Also have had these stings just underneath may lower left ribcage for several years.
