As for the other issues I have been having like the lower back and pelvic pain, and stomach issues have died down a lot thankfully but this shortness of breath unfortunately is just getting worse every day...

you are the only one that can truly answer that. Those are also signs of a panic attack, and you know you are prone to those - along with hyper focusing on symptoms which in turn, makes them worse. That being said, none of us here are doctors. It’s up to you to decide if it’s anxiety/panic or if it’s severe enough that you need to go to Er.
For crying out loud Hypo - see your psychotherapist, or whoever it is at your PCPs surgery that you say you see now and again. You have, again, moved on from a cancer illness after months of complete belief, back to your breathing problems. YOU NEED CONTINUAL therapy sessions. I despair at all these consultants and your PCP allowing your hypochondria to continue unabated, and testing testing testing and finding nothing.
I'm amazed you haven't mentioned coronavirus yet.
Good to hear that you have put on weight despite your issues though.
What happened with the bloodwork you had done? Normal results I assume? Did you ever get an appointment set up with your gastroenterologist or get your colonoscopy scheduled?
