It’s rescheduled for the 30th and I can’t even see my primary doctor until February 6th.. I’m in so much pain this lower back pain is serious. Should I go to the er? Maybe they could scan my lower back?

You are spending/wasting money for nothing to be honest.
Should you go to ER? No. Will you go anyway YES?

How serious is the pain? Can you walk, sleep, sit? Have you been able to bend to brush your teeth? Can you wash yourself?
Are you taking painkillers?

Pain thresholds are subjective, everyone falls in a different place and has different levels that they are not able to cope with. Those with severe HA have very low pain thresholds I should imagine, and your 7 could be my 2!I’d rate the pain at 7 out 10 that comes and goes.
I think you and Darkside and Helenhoo should be put on a thread together to be honest, the three of you, and just 'talk' at each other continually - then you could all ignore each others advice indefinitely.

I get lower back pain like that have had it for three years know what it is caused by, bad posture and not enough exercise, I bet if you did DDP Yoga it would lessen the pain or make it totally go away, I could barely stand or walk without it hurting to where I was doubled over, I started doing DDP Yoga and don't have back pain anymore and can stand for a long time as well as walk, If I slack off the workouts I start to hurt again. how is your bed mattress? That can cause a lot of back issues especially if it's not a well made firm to semi firm mattress and over five years old, not sure of your age or weight but if you don't have core strength you'll have back issues as well, stop googling and try those suggestions I gave you.

I’m just checking in after wasting a fair bit of time reading through this thread.
I was just wondering - how is the oesophageal cancer going? You absolutely for sure had that didn’t you? And there was definitely no way it could have been anything else because all the signs pointed to cancer?
You really are a medical marvel - you have survived so many life threatening diseases. Congratulations.
I do think the esophagus stuff I had going on was esophagitis and GERD plus driven by anxiety. This is definitely different the low back pain and pressure in my bum is there all the time. I’m completely distraught by these symptoms. Really wish I could see my doctor sooner..
