Anxiety is through the roof today, derealisation freaking me out

I have been taking cbd for the last week but I ran out yesterday. Wasn’t even sure it was doing anything but my anxiety is insane today. Pretty much back to how it was before Christmas.

At the moment I’m having the worst derealisation I’ve had in years. I’m trying not to freak out but it feels so weird.

I put in an order for cbd on Boxing Day (26th). You order it online but go in to the store to collect but I haven’t had an email to say it’s ready. I don’t know how long it’s going to be but I hope it’s not too long this is awful. Maybe it’s worth going in and asking if it’s ready?
