Could anybody put my mind at rest on this . I have small external piles now and then , usually when really stressed out about something ..They last few days or can be on /off for weeks depending on my anxiety.. Ive found recently though that there is sometimes a graze or spot of blood coming from the pile during the day. As i am blood phobic, a few flecks are much more to my brain ! It really is depressing me.Do piles sometimes do this ?

Mine bleed very occasionally, yes, maybe a couple of times a year. It doesn't worry me because they're external and I can identify precisely where the blood's coming from.
