What you're possibly feeling is a haemorrhoid, particularly if you've been straining.

That's possible but I do eventually manage to pass a small stool. I have a rectocele and stool can get caught there so that likely has something to do with it. I know my thinking patterns are horribly skewed but it's changing them that i'm finding hard to do.

This is my guess too, especially those pesky internal ones.

yep it will make stools easier to pass, get psyllium husks, they are gentle and safe, make sure you drink lots of water and dont freak out after taking it and your stool looks odd, as the husks gently scrape the colon and gets rid of all the build up your stool will be very easy to pass and you won't use much toilet paper.

Hello Rainbow , I can relate completely to that feeling .My HA is also triggered by BM,s.. In my case i have a very low pain threshold and also blood phobic ..put that together with External Haemorroid flare ups now and then and i barely function..The feeling of incomplete evacuation is no stranger to me, and it generally stays with me through the day..
