Accidentally broke a ritual, now I'm suffering

I don't know how to explain this right since I don't want to get too personal, but let's just say that I was meant to perform a ritual, but forgot to. Its now left me more anxious, depressed and unable to enjoy the stuff I love. What should I do?

Don’t let yourself fixate, I have rituals too but I deliberately break them all the time. There’s no guaranteed ‘bad outcome’ of missing the ritual, in fact when you can get passed the anxiety you might find it easier to see that although you feel compelled to do something a particular way that it’s intact not necessary because nothing bad is going to happen.
