    depersonalisation/brain fog

    does anyone suffer with the above? would love to discuss coping strategies and how long yours lasts before it fades off

    What does yours feel like?!

    I assume mine is depersonalisation but I sorta feel lke I’m not here when I am..
    like the day goes really fast and I feel like what have I actually done today/. Like a blur.. and I feel like a bit spaced out most of the day:

    its exactly how you explain it, mine is slowly getting better and less frequent. that or im just used to it now
