This is the problem with HA, it always makes us catastrophise and "hyper focus". What you could try in the mean time is good old Sudocrem (it originated in your country after all!) and then if that doesn't work, see a community pharmacist.

You could even pop in to your local pharmacy tomorrow if you're a bit worried. Good luck
