Inner itch

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone experiences this..
It seems rather strange I know but sometimes I have this feeling of like an itch inside that I couldn’t scratch..
It’s not all the time but seems to come on when I start to feel funny or anxious etc .. I’m not sure because I’m now convinced there is something majorly wrong with me and it’s part of a health issue but thought I’d see first if this was floating around or someone could understand.
