The more panic attacks I have the lower my heart rate goes I’ve read somewhere if we have constant panic the lower our HR can be. Having a report for the hospital can help if your worried and have a 24 he ECG my gauge is if it’s high and I haven’t got any new symptoms it will be ok. But dizziness is common

Its normal to have a high heart rate during a panic attack due to the high release of adrenaline in the bloodstream. During periods of intense panic attacks my heart rate used to go 180bpm or even higher. After you relax it goes back to normal!
