Run across this "recovery formula"...has anyone heard of it?

Looking over internet, I run across https://www.recoveryformula.com/quiz/start and a paid program they have https://www.recoveryformula.com/memb...c-report#step1. Doesn't look realistic to me, but I wanted to ask if anyone has tried or or knows some more.

    Thanks

Never seen it but looking at this review http://www.anxietysocialnet.com/triad-technique which reveals fake photographs being used for one of the authors and I can find multiple promotional sites under other names it reminds me of the marketing techniques of other anxiety "gurus" who just package up what is in many books which are cheaper.

Anyone claiming CBT doesn't work or facing your fears doesn't work is flying in the face of masses of worldwide clinical evidence for a start.

There are bound to be techniques in there that help because they will be copied from many of the sources out there but I doubt you will find new stuff in this. The telephone support may be helpful to you though.

Yes, it is shameful. There are tons of sites out there and many are set up quickly to sell someone else's programme as an affiliate. Years ago I looked into some of the owners of such sites to find some had company names and some affiliates on forums for their advertising talking about how they sell anything for the clicks.

Early on in my anxiety I paid for one famous programme. Investigating it when I was into recovery I was shocked to find tons of fake sites set up by the same person promoting it and many affiliate sites earning off the clicks. All that is in the programme you can find online for free anyway and most was just a rehash of any anxiety book out there or anything based on Dr Claire Weekes.
