    Yes, I think I have been too focused on it. I’m going to leave the temp to it’s own unless she is actually feeling bad.

    I raised five children. We had to use the old mercury thermometers. The new ones are so much nicer.

    I noticed over the years that some of my kids had consistent body temps and some were all over the place all the time.

    It seemed to me that some of my kids even got a low grade fever when they were super tired.

    You sound like a wonderful mother. Do what you think is best for your child and trust your instincts.

    Thank you so much. Of course when she came home that day her temp was 98.5 and I rolled my eyes at myself for getting so worked up. And I’m resolving to leave the thermometer 🌡 alone unless they are truly not themselves.
