    Absolutely terrified...

I've felt fine all day until about half an hour ago when I was sitting at my desk and noticed my head hurt at the sides and back when moving it. I thought oh ok probably a tension headache. I've drank quite a bit of coffee tonight as I've been working at my computer. And now I'm really scared as my hands are a bit shaky and my face feels hot/like I have a fever. I'm not sure whether it's just my anxiety making it worse but I'm so panicky and scared. I feel like throwing up too I'm guessing this is my first migraine but yeah. I've turned all the lights off and I'm lying in bed but the tremors in both my hands and this new feeling is scary as hell, not gonna lie.

Has anyone had a migraine like this before?

Sounds like too much caffeine and anxiety mixed. The anxiety is making you panic and increasing the feelings of pain and unease. Take some painkillers and try to get some sleep. Deep breaths slowly in and out. I reckon you will feel better in the morning.

I managed to sleep well and woke up and all the pain is gone. I still feel a bit tense but that's probably cause the symptoms really threw me for six. I really don't know what I'd do without this forum Thank you xx
