Bump on Breast - Please Help!

Hi again all,
Threw myself into a panic again 😞 noticed a red spot on my breast yesterday. It’s very red and the veins are more prominent, feels like it’s not in my breast tissue but just slightly below the skin. My fiancé thinks a boil or infected follicle. Anyone experience something similar?
