HUGE nose bleed?

I was laying in bed and I was crying about something. I was laying face down and I thought it was just my nose running, but I lifted my head and there was blood EVERYWHERE. I ran out of the room and it went ALL over. I have never seen so much blood. All over myself and my boyfriend. It stopped bleeding relatively quickly but I am now just in a state of panic. What could be going on for so much blood?😔😔😔😔😔 I almost wanted to rush to the ER

I've had like 10 nosebleeds in one single day before--big ones. I felt a lil weak afterwards but I was fine. I think it's only if the blood doesn't stop you should be worried but it's stopped! Unpleasant but sometimes things happen

You were crying at the time so I bet you anything it has to do with that. You were probably crying to hard you broke a small blood vessel or something like that.
