    good mood

i wanted to post to let those of you out there who feel things will never get better, that life can change!
a month ago i had my biggest relapse in years, i felt like i was back where i had started. i didnt have the energy for the fight.

now i have just got in from the doc's having had a flu jab and seen my therapist. not a twinge all day. also i have to take my guinea pig to the vets 2morrow (i dont think its serious but i want to be sure) and i am not worried.

its weird usually when the sun starts going early and it gets all dark and gloomy i get down but i am in a really upbeat and happy mood.

dont let it get to you guys life can and will change!

    Love
    S
