Worried I've given myself a blood clot on the brain

On Saturday morning I had the misfortune of falling down my stairs at home. Banged my knee and hip and scuffed my arm pretty bad. Spent the weekend at home resting on the sofa and thought I was over it other than some aches.

Now, over the past few days I've started to get headaches and feel really spaced out. This has sent my anxiety into overdrive. The headaches have been across the top of the head and I've also felt the odd bit of nausea to boot. I'm worried I've banged my head in the fall and got like a blood clot or something up there :(

If you banged your head hard enough to cause a concussion or anything else, you would have surely remembered it happening and there would be evidence of an injury.
