Sorry for the revolting subject. I noticed that I have had tiny white specks in my poop the past couple of bowel movements. In danger of getting myself in a rabbit hole. Has anyone else experienced this?

Nuts or seeds ?
Well, it'll be some food or other that is partially digested and chewed up and in bits. What else could it be ?....apart from worms of course, but then you'd be aware of other sensations and issues.

Cheers. I appreciate your help. I needed a bit of sanity.

This might sound silly, but you don't eat chewing gum, and swallow small bits of it do you? It's not digestible if you do.
No I dont chew gum. But I have started eating jacket potatoes for lunch. Do you think it could be undigested potato skin?
Obviously I can't say what it is for sure. However, I'd guess that there is a fair chance it is something you have been eating.
I would say its a total certainty. lol
