I got given an expired injection today

I needed B12 injections for low B12. The pharmacy by mistake dispensed me expired B12, it's been expired since november 2019. I'm really worried something terrible will happen to me that it's now in my bloodstream. The nurse only realised after she gave it to me.

I have a headache but I've had a headache all day, and I feel tired. Other than that I'm fine and it's been a few hours but I'm really worried:(

Expired B12 injections are perfectly safe, they just won't be as effective as one that is in date... it will just have a reduced amount of the B12 in it..... there is nothing dangerous about them, they will not make you ill or you will not have any side effects from it whatsoever....
