Stomach bloating and back pain, worried about pancreatic cancer

The past few days I've been bloated to the point my stomach muscles and back muscles hurt. I don't feel bad otherwise, nor am I in extreme pain. If I move suddenly or bend over to pick something up, my back and stomach muscles tense up and pain shoots through my stomach and back.

Everything I Google says pancreatic cancer is the only thing that has stomach pain wrapping around to the back. I'm not a heavy drinker, but I have been indulging more lately due to the stress of having 2 jobs plus a family to take care of. My diet is also crap from being too busy. I'm also obese, which increases your risk for pancreatic cancer.

I don't know what to do at this point. I'm just spinning my wheels. Skipping dinner tonight and drinking herbal tea instead of my usual diet sodas to see if that calms anything down.

Anyone else had this issue??? Please help.

You googled, why? Doesn't matter what you search for, Google will say cancer.

If you're obese and usually drink diet soda, your diet is crap, right? Do you think that's the most likely cause of your stomach issues? Your diet isn't crap from being too busy, your diet is crap because you eat crap. It's a choice. I'm not judging you, but it IS a choice.
