Worried I have Melanoma under my toenail

So I took off my sock yesterday and noticed a blackish purple under my left big toe of course I googled and am now freaking out I have melanoma. I dont remember hitting it please help I'm really freaking out. Here is a pic not sure if it will work

Melanoma of the nail is rare, the the lines from melanoma are vertical and not horizontal.

So I went to the Doctor just to make sure it's not Melanoma she said it definitely dosen't look like Melanoma and is a Hemorrhage. I felt good but 3 days later I'm questioning what if shes wrong?
