    my dad

    i cant stop thinking about him and his mental abuse today

    hurted cause i deserve to hurt myself so he not be nasty any more :(

    Im sorry you feel this way now. Did you do something about bad memories in general? I tried EMDR for some very bad memories, and it worked wonders for me.
