Can someone please ease my anxiety at the moment that might flare up if I dont speak to someone

Briefly I got a spot on my face during the weekend - it was red and sore yesterday - woke up this morning - squeezed it and it popped - upon washing my face I felt on the same side by my jaw the area under the ear lobe is a lymph node that is firmer than the left side of my jaw, could this be slighly enlarged due to the spot on my face?

Please someone put some rational thinking past me

Thank you - I am thinking to myself its not just coincidental that I have a spot and now on the same side of my face a firm node......trying to make myself think rationally... it was a hell of a spot on my face......im trying not to touch the node or the spot as I have had a node like this before behind my ear, i fiddled so much with it it was 3 times the size hours later...
