hot sweats

I seem to be breaking out in hot sweats recently. Does anyone else get this?

Hi Lucky, Sweating is one of the common effects of anxiety, I know I get them! Do you get the bright red glowing face to go with them as well???? Kate

yip, b4 i could hide my anxiety but know everyone can tell!!

I mean it is really bad and i don't have to be feeling anxious!!

I now associate getting hot with an onset of panic (yeah ok i know im mad..lol) so I cant stand getting hot. Even now in this cold naff weather i will go shopping in a sleeveless top with no jacket and drive with the windows open. I think i would rather freeze to death than get hot. (consequently i have had a really naff chest infection for the last week or so - but hey at least thats a physical symptom that the 'mental' panic)...lol
See what nutty lengths we will go to to avoid panic!

I am always HOT. It is a joke in our house that we fight over the heating.

I turn it off and Alex sneaks down and turns it on and we play this game all night.

In the end I sit downstairs and turn the radiators off - lol

It has got a bit better since I lost weight but I still wear short-sleeves shirts for work - they think I am mad!!

I think there must be a sweat virus around as the last week I have been sweating even outside and have to take my coat off!
